Our story.
The short version, in Nathan's words.

Where it started
I started my career in recruitment placing tech hires across the UK, from software engineering to DevOps, data and architecture. Any industry, as long as it was tech.

My first taste of payments
I got hooked on payments. The innovation was rapid, investment was flowing and teams needed to scale. It was my first taste of payments, and I never looked back.

Launching Sourcific Talent
Launching a business was scary. I was the first in my family to do it, I was getting married the following year, and then we had a child. It was full on. But I had clients I could only help so far, and that didn't sit right with me. I knew I could do more than tech hires, so I launched the business to give my clients a more rounded service.

Startups and scale-ups
This is where it got exciting again. We're on the front line of innovation in payments, working with fast-paced, sometimes chaotic startups, learning every day about where payments is heading and talking to the incredible people building it. Can you tell we're passionate about this?

Into Europe
With remote working more accepted, we took the chance to work right across Europe, and it's gone really well. We now have clients in Malta, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Lithuania.

Hello, AI
I'd always had ideas for our own client portal, one that works exactly how we work and, more importantly, how my clients work. The only thing stopping me was that I don't code. AI changed all that, and we launched our brand new, all singing, all dancing client portal.

A name that fits what we do
We rebranded, and we now trade as FinPay Talent. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

Today
Still a one-man band
When I look back, I wonder how I've done all this as a one-man band. It's simple. I love what I do, we respect our candidates and clients, we build real relationships, and the people we place make a real difference. 160+ placements and still going.
“I launched this business because I saw what good looked like and I knew I could deliver it.”
